This cake will be a surprise from a bride to her groom on their wedding day! He loves fishing and she wanted to do something to recognize that on their special day. It is a carrot cake with cream cheese frosting and some buttercream frosting. The bride chose the fishing couple topper and I purchased it from Amazon.
