Two-Tier Football Cake for Evan

Evan turned 10 this year - welcome to double digits!!  He searched the internet and picked out his own cake design for me to make him this year.  This is how it turned out and I think he was pretty happy with it.  I saw him smile a little...  ;o)

Garden Friends Cake

Cute little cake for a cute little 2 year old!  The customer let me surprise her with this design.  It was a key lime cake with vanilla cream filling, buttercream frosting, and green key lime frosting.

Pink Safari Baby Cake and Cupcake Display

 

I was really pleased with how this order turned out.  The customer shared a picture of the luncheon napkins (middle picture) and asked if I could create a coordinating cupcake display with a baby cake on top.  I decorated the display stand and also created the cake topper.  The baby cake and one dozen cupcakes were pink lemonade with vanilla cream filling.  Another two dozen cupcakes were red velvet with cream cheese frosting.  Thank you for the order, Jackie!

Lavender Butterfly Cake

Baby Melia turned one last month. The request was for a pretty butterfly shaped cake with pinks, purples, and a little blue.  Happy Birthday little MJ!

I also made the party hat, banner/bunting around her high chair (with custom designed paper by me), and also the dangling circles from the center of the photo below.

Griffin's Superhero Cupcakes

My little superhero turned 4 in April.  He requested Spiderman, Batman, and Superman as his party theme.  We had been on vacation on the days leading up to his party so we did simple cupcakes for his party at Piper's Playground.  Vanilla confetti cupcakes and chocolate cupcakes all topped with vanilla buttercream.
